FA set to make John Terry investigation decision

John Terry is set to find out his fate on Thursday, as the FA will reveal their decision in their investigations against the Chelsea defender, The Telegraph state.

The experienced centre-half has been the cause of controversy of late, with QPR man Anton Ferdinand accusing Terry of racially abusing him in a Premier League clash last season.

Despite the Chelsea man being acquitted of all charges in court earlier in the summer, the football governing body have held their own investigations into the incident.

Terry has since quit international football over the FA’s continued investigation of the event and will not be available for England for their World Cup qualifiers next month.

The Blues skipper is set to find out his fate on Thursday, and if found guilty may well face a ban from the game.

Luis Suarez was handed down an eight-match ban for racially insulting Patrice Evra last season.
